CHICAGO, Ill. - It took overcoming two first-half scares, but Notre Dame women's basketball is still alive in its hunt for a second-straight national championship.
The Irish erased a 9-point second half deficit against Stanford to capture a 84-68 Elite 8 victory and secure a trip back to the Final Four.
