NAPPANEE, Ind.-We are a little over a week away from the first day of Fall. The city of Nappanee is getting ready for the season early with the start of their 42nd annual Apple Festival Thursday at 5 P.M.
There will be carnival rides, two stages of entertainment, more than 150 exhibitors and Indiana's largest 7 foot baked apple pie that weighs in at 600 pounds!
Admission to the festival is free.
