ABC 57 MARSHALL COUNTY, Ind. -- The Marshall County Highway Department placed multiple high-water signs throughout the county.
Signs are placed at the following locations:
- 8A from Elm to Fir
- First and Oak
- Third and Oak
- Eighth and Beech
- 8A and King
- Fifth and Fir
- 6B and Ironwood
US 6 at Beech Rd is flooded and has barricades up.
Motorists should avoid all of these areas until the water recedes.
Authorities recommend never driving through flooded roads as the surfaces may be washed out beneath the water.
