Motorcyclist dies one day after crash at CR 10 and CR 17
ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. -- A motorcyclist died one day after he was involved in a crash at CR 10 and CR17, according to the Elkhart County Sheriff's Office.
Deputies were called to the intersection at 5:21 p.m. on Tuesday to investigate the crash.
The investigation revealed a Ford Edge was traveling eastbound on CR 10 and turned left onto CR 17, disregarding the signal. The Ford collided with a motorcycle traveling westbound on CR 10.
The motorcyclist, Aaron Hiliker, was taken to the hospital with head trauma. He was pronounced deceased at the hospital on Wednesday.
The crash remains under investigation.
