Penn Avenue closed for utility instillation in Mishawaka

MISHAWAKA, Ind. - Penn Avenue will be closed south of the intersection of East 12th Street beginning Monday for utility instillation.
Detour signs will be up to direct traffic around the closure.
Weather permitting, this closure is expected to be done by Aug. 24.
