Penn Avenue closed for utility instillation in Mishawaka

ABC 57 MISHAWAKA, Ind. - Penn Avenue will be closed south of the intersection of East twelfth street beginning 7 a.m. on Monday August 9 for utility instillation
Detour signs will be up to direct traffic around the closure
Weather permitting, this closure is expected to be done by Monday, August 24.
