MICHIGAN CITY, Ind. -- The Indiana State Police have arrested a Michigan City man for allegedly soliciting an underage child to engage in sexual conduct.

The Indiana State Police received a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children about the man's activities on a social media site.
