Not only is it still much colder than normal this morning, but many people north of US-30 can expect 1"-3" of snow to fall today as well. Slick roads and limited visibilities (at times near whiteout close to the lake) will be widespread and the biggest concern for morning commuters. Snow showers dominate the first half of today but dwindle in the evening after high temperatures reach the mid 20s. A quieter pattern follows up starting tonight as lows fall into the single digits. Expect partly to mostly cloudy skies the rest of this week and weekend with temperatures plateauing near the 30F mark.
Today: Snow showers. High 24.
Tonight: Mostly cloudy. Low 6.
Friday: Partly cloudy. High 20.
Saturday: Mostly cloudy. High 33.
