MedTech Expo shows off newest inventions as the leading "Orthopedic capital of the world"

WARSAW, Ind. -- The MedTech Expo is taking place in Warsaw. Seen as the orthopedic capital; many around the world gathered in Indiana to display or present different medical technology.

Plug and Play helps life science and medical device companies, offering them opportunity to present their product and put them through their accelerator program. Different medical technologies were pitched in front of 200 people seeing hands-on technology demonstrations.

Through all this, Plug and Play looks for the best technology startups to connect with large corporations around the world. Some of the companies' pitches focused on infection technology and AI enabled surgical tools.

"Yeah. So, we have startups in in medical device or medical technologies coming across a lot of different areas. It could be sensor technologies, implants, wearables. And what they did is they were from around the world. They came in today to pitch and present at the culmination of our accelerator program, which is a 3-to-4-month accelerator program that we run here in Warsaw, Indiana on behalf of our global accelerator program of Plug and Play." says Plug and Play Director Brandon Noll.
