Manufacturing Career Night hosted by Lake Michigan College

BENTON HARBOR, Mich. --In the Hanson Technology Center on the Benton Harbor Campus, from 4:30-6:30 p.m. Tuesday, December 6, Lake Michigan College will host local manufacturing companies looking for manufacturing job seekers and employees at its Manufacturing Career Night.

In the manufacturing sector, local employers will get the opportunity to meet area Lake Michigan College manufacturing students and area job seekers, finishing their skilled training, as this event is excellent for recruiting people actively seeking local jobs and talking to applicants face to face.

Lake Michigan College manufacturing students on their way to completing training and looking to connect to potential employers, are currently learning manufacturing production, machine tool technology, commercial driver's license, welding and skilled trades technology will be in attendance as well.

Everyone seeking employment should be prepared to share their work experience and bring their resume, and high school juniors and seniors interested in careers in manufacturing along with their parents are encouraged to attend, for this opportunity to talk with local manufacturers about potential careers and see the state-of-the-art Hanson Technology Center.
