Man wanted for criminal confinement, carjacking arrested by SJCPD

ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. -- The St. Joseph County Police Department announced the arrest of 27-year-old William Tyes Jr. on Thursday via a social media post.
Tyes was wanted on a bench warrant due to failing to appear on felony charges of Criminal Confinement while Hijacking a Vehicle and Robbery while Armed with a Deadly Weapon
"Our Warrants Team, with the help from the U.S. Marshals and a St. Joseph County Patrol K-9 unit, located Tyes Jr. in the 1200 block of N. College in South Bend," the SJCPD said.
