ORIGINAL APRIL 10, 2024: KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, Ind. -- A local dentist, known to most for his role as Rade in the 1986 movie 'Hoosiers,' has been charged with two counts of Felony Criminal Confinement and two counts of misdemeanor Battery for his actions toward an employee at the Hollar Dental Group in Kosciusko County last year, according to the Indiana State Police.

Fifty-seven-year-old Steven Hollar, of Warsaw, was officially charged on Monday after an investigation into allegations made against him say he trapped an employee in a basement office, insisted they change clothes in front of him, and then touched them inappropriately in March and April of 2023.

"Hollar did knowingly or intentionally touch [the victim] in rude, insolent, or angry manner by grabbing [their] breasts ...," the charges against Hollar state. "Hollar did knowingly or intentionally confine [the victim] ..."

According to court documents, the inappropriate behavior began just over two months after their employment began at the dental office when the victim was given an annual performance review. During which, Hollar allegedly told the victim they were, "unpopular, depressed, and lonely."
