SOUTH BEND, Ind. - ABC57 Kickoff's Allison Hayes interviewed Notre Dame Athletic Director Emeritus Jack Swarbrick to talk about his role in the historical changes, as well as the highs and low points of his career, and his honest thoughts on how name, image, and likeness rights, or NIL, in the transfer portal are damaging college sports.
The Notre Dame Blue-Gold game is Saturday, April 19.
