INDIANA -- The Silver Alert issued on July 10 for Kathay Rodriguez has been cancelled as of July 12 at 9:16 a.m.

INDIANA -- A Statewide Silver Alert has been declared for 14-year-old Kathya Rodriguez. 

The Indianapolis Metro Police Department is investigating the disappearance of Kathya Rodriguez, a 14-year-old white female, 4 feet 9 inches tall, 99 pounds, brown hair with brown eyes, last seen wearing a gray hoodie with white writing, blue jeans, and sandals with socks.

Kathya is missing from Indianapolis, Indiana and was last seen on July 10th, 2026, at approximately 12:45 p.m. She is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.
