SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The South Bend Police Department tells ABC57 that those near the Eddy Street Commons area will notice an increased law enforcement presence.
Several law enforcements, including both SBPD and the St. Joseph County Police Department, have been reported by ABC57 journalists.
