Hoosier Lotto is estimated at $25.4 million

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. - Ranking as the second highest state lottery jackpot, the July 29 Hoosier Lotto has reached $24.5 million.
Players can purchase a $2 ticket at any participating retailers.
They have until 10:39 ET to get their ticket for the 11 p.m. drawing.
