Kickoff preview with ABC57’s Allison Hayes
Today will be hot and sunny with high temperatures in the upper 80s. Humidity will slowly make a comeback later today and tomorrow. Tomorrow afternoon will be hot and humid with highs again hitting the upper 80s. Saturday afternoon and evening a few stray showers are possible, but most will stay dry. High temperatures to start the weekend will be in the mid 80s. Sunday afternoon and evening look like our next best chance for a few showers and thunderstorms, but still most look to stay dry. A much needed cold front arrives Sunday, which will help cool things down into next week.
High temperatures on Monday will be in the upper 70s under mostly sunny skies. Humidity will clear out for most of next week as well leaving us with pleasant conditions. High temperatures will keep falling into the mid 70s by the middle part of next week before the lower 80s return by next Friday.
