SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Keeping folks warm and off the streets in South Bend this evening, the goal for these frigid temperatures.
ABC57 heard about a person found in a tent over the weekend, frozen to death, with police however telling us that the Suday death was not related to the winter elements.
