SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Head coach Marcus Freeman is gearing up an Irish defense aimed to pave the way for another playoff run.
Right now, the search is on for some players to take over key playmaker spots left vacant on the Irish defense following the loss of Fighting Irish seniors like Donovan Hinish, Gabe Rubio, Ordan Botehlo, Devonta Smith, and others.
