Kosciusko County Sherriff\'s Office KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, Ind. -- There will be a free community pancake breakfast in Kosciusko County from 7 to 10 a.m. on March 11.
The event is being held at the Winona Lake Community Center located at 1590 Park Avenue. It is free and open to the public, but donations of cereal are being accepted for combined community services.
