ORIGINAL STORY: ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. -- Scott Liggett, a 42-year-old from South Bend, was arrested by St. Joseph County police Monday morning on one charge of Child Seduction.

According to the Probable Cause Affidavit, on Mar. 2, the victim reported that she had been sexually assaulted by Liggett as a teenager.

Liggett was the vice principal at Mary Daly Elementary School in Elkhart, where the victim reported he consistently showed her special attention for at least two years.

One witness stated Liggett has "a history of obsessing over his special project kids," and that Liggett frequently talked about the victim.
