Fire department responds to gas leak on East University Drive

ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind.—The Mishawaka Fire Department responded to a gas leak in Granger on Thursday, according to law enforcement officials.
A unit was called to the 600 block of E. University Drive near Costco in Granger just before 12 p.m. on Thursday for a gas leak.
NIPSCO has been requested, according to the fire department.
Officials said to avoid the area.
