Fatal motorcycle crash in Three Oaks early Sunday evening

THREE OAKS, Mich. -- The Three Oaks Police Department is currently investigating a fatal motorcycle crash that happened early Sunday evening.
The crash occurred on Kruger Rd. near Flynn Rd. around 5:30 p.m.
According to officials, a GMC Envoy traveling westbound on Kruger Rd. turned into the path of a motorcycle traveling eastbound on Kruger Rd. when the two vehicles collided.
The motorcyclist was transported to the hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
He was not wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.
The driver of the GMC did not require medical attention.
It is unknown if alcohol or drugs were involved at this time.
Names are being withheld until pending notification of next of kin.
