ABC 57 CASS COUNTY, Mich. -- Sheriff Clint Roach reports that today, May 27, at approximately 1 p.m., deputies from the Cass County Sheriff's Office responded to an ATV accident in a field off of Kirk Lake Rd, in Vandalia, Michigan.
Reports state that 37-year-old Stacie Hershburger-Hebron of Vandalia was operating an ATV in a hay field when she struck a pole causing the ATV to land on its side, trapping Stacie under it. She was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The incident remains under investigation.
