MISHAWAKA, IN - The Generations Adventureplex opened in Mishawaka just two weeks ago, but the new entertainment hub already has people talking.
“There’s not many arcades here,” said Daniel Lim. “We saw ax throwing and wanted to give it a shot. I have never done that before”
Daniel is not the only one happy Mishawaka has added this new experience.
“Yes, it is super fun and there is nothing like anything else around here. I go out a lot and it is definitely a place I will come back to,” said Elkhart resident, Destiny Vell.
Chief operating officer, Jack Vermillion, explains the complex offers a little bit of everything – from an arcade to laser tag – ax throwing – and bowling.
“Well, I think every place needs a place like this just for one because there’s so many things to do under one roof,” said Vermillion.
Opening during the COVID-19 crisis has the staff taking all of the proper precautions.
“All employees and all guests are required to wear masks,” said Vermillion. “We’re taking temperature checks at the door as everyone walks in. We’ve actually have extra staff on duty each night to wipe down knobs and buttons and all that good stuff of games that you’re playing.”
The complex is for all ages. The Generations Adventurplex is open until 10 pm Monday thru Thursday and midnight on the weekends.
