Elkhart Police release surveillance photo of suspect

Elkhart Police have released surveillance photos of a man they say attempted to steal a vehicle.
On April 30 around 11:15 a.m., police responded to 1819 Pecan Place to investigate the attempted theft of a 2020 GMC Sierra.
The suspect was stopped and he ran from the property, reports said.
Detectives obtained a surveillance photo of the suspect.
