ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. -- The Elkhart County Humane Society has no A/C, and they don't yet know when it will be fixed. 

Temps are high, and they have had to move the cats from their regular room because of the lack of air conditioning.

From their Facebook post:  "It's already super-hot today, and unfortunately our air conditioning is currently out. While we're working to get it fixed, we'd love your help making things a little more comfortable for the animals in our care. Come adopt or foster TODAY!

Every animal who leaves for a loving home means one less pet trying to stay cool in the shelter. Even a temporary foster home can make a huge difference. 

Adoption fees are WAIVED for animals who have been with us for more than 30 days!
