Elkhart Community Schools hosts job fair January 31, February 1

ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. - Elkhart Community Schools is hosting a two-day job fair on January 31 and February 1 to fill a number of open teaching and support role positions.

The job fair will run from 4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. each day at the Engineering, Technology, and Innovation Building, located at 2510 California Road in Elkhart.

On January 31, representatives will be available to discuss open support roles, including classroom assistants, building services, bus drivers, bus helpers, cafeteria staff, and secretarial staff.

On February 1, representatives will be in attendance to discuss open teaching and certified roles, including instructional coaches, counselors, and speech-language pathologists.

The starting pay for new teachers is $41,500.

Representatives will conduct on-site interviews for open positions on both days.
