ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. – Crossroads United Way’s United Against Hunger Food and Fund Drive is set to take place throughout Elkhart County on Saturday.

The drive will help ease high donation demands throughout the county, which has continued since the start of the pandemic.

Donations will be accepted at eight drive-through locations from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Saturday. Nonperishable food and hygiene products can be donated. However, organizers are asking for financial donations, as this is the most effective way of combatting hunger.

A $25 donation can provide 75 meal servings for one family, Crossroads United Way said.
