Police investigating crash involving horse and buggy, pedestrian on Dogwood Road

ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind.—Police are investigating a crash involving a horse and buggy and a pedestrian on Monday.
Police were called to the 68900 block of Dogwood Road around 3:20 p.m. for reports of a crash.
Medics were also sent to the scene of the crash but the extent of any injuries is unknown.
