Community Task Force meeting Tuesday night with South Bend School Corporation

SOUTH BEND, Ind. - The South Bend Community School Corporation (SBCSC) is hosting a Community Task Force meeting Tuesday night from 5:00 to 6:30pm in Classroom B at the St. Joseph County Library downtown.

The focus of the meeting will be on the Facilities Master Plan with Fanning Howey LLC, specifying the strategies and options for resizing the district.

In the first phase, educational framework, demographics, conditions, and funding will be the primary areas considered when making district facility changes.

The second phase will zoom in on changes at the elementary and middle school levels within the districts.

Those scheduled to attend include members of the Facilities Master Plan Community Task Force, Tracy Richter (Vice President of Planning Services for HPM Leadership), and Mary Krupinski (Project Executive & Manager for Fanning Howey).
