SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Today a commemoration of the 30th anniversary of the Tutsi Genocide was held at the Century Center, remembering and honoring the more than 1,000,000 Tutsis who were killed in a 100-day civil war.
The commemoration included a survivor's story and panel discussion with the Director of Genocide Studies at Yale University Dr. David Simon. And anti-genocide "Never Again" events are being held worldwide, as well as here at home.
