A passerby spotted the fire around 6:30 p.m. and called 9-1-1.
Firefighters responded within minutes and were able to quickly extinguish the fire.
Perri said the fire damaged approximately 10-percent of the structure.
The structure will be repaired and reopened once the repairs are complete in two to three weeks.
Perri said firefighters determined the fire was arson, but there are no suspects.
