City of South Bend begins construction near Marshall School

The City of South Bend SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The City of South Bend announced roadway construction around Marshall School Tuesday, with a planned completion date on Saturday, Aug. 1.
The construction project will be along Byron and Springbrook Drives, including the repaving of Byron Drive between York Road and Springbrook Drive and constructing new sidewalks and curbs along Byron Drive's north side and Springbrook Drive' west side.
The project also includes new crosswalks painted and upgrades to tennis courts in Marshall Park.
