SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The Surveyor is responsible for maintaining records and maps and oversees the construction and maintenance of regulated drains.

The multi-billion-dollar Amazon data center, the G-M EV battery plant, and the Microsoft development near New Carlisle have brought this local race to the forefront.
