MARSHALL COUNTY, Ind. -- Around 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, a 45-year-old man from Bremen was arrested on charges of Sexual Battery after allegedly touching a child.

The 45-year-old man, Toby Manges, was charged with Sexual Battery as a Level 6 Felony and Sexual Misconduct with a Minor as a Level 6 Felony.

Previously, the Marshall County Sheriff's Department received information that a child had been inappropriately touched by Manges.

Manges was then arrested around 4:30 p.m. Tuesday and booked at the Marshall County Jail. His bond has been set at $1,500.
