BREAKING: Richard Allen receives maximum sentence for Delphi Murders

CARROLL COUNTY, Ind. -- On Friday, Richard Allen was sentenced to 65 years in prison for each murder charge for a total of 130 years total. Those sentences are to be served consecutively.
