Boykins to hold open meeting about tape recording scandal and lawsuit

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Former South Bend Police Chief Daryl Boykins is set to be at a community meeting at 6 p.m. at Emmanuel Church.
That's on West LaSalle Avenue.
There, he and his attorney will answer questions regarding the South Bend Police Department tape recording scandal and a planned lawsuit against the city of South Bend.
