UPDATE: According to the City of Bourbon, NIPSCO is estimating the power there will not be restored until Thursday afternoon.

BOURBON, Ind. -- The entire town of Bourbon is without power this evening as strong winds passed through with the current storm system. 

In the areas serviced by NIPSCO, the total number of customers currently affected in Northwest Indiana is 14,823, with Bourbon (676), Goshen (1747), Gary (251), Crown Point (424), Cedar Lake (884), and Chesterton (576) having the highest number of outages.
