SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Second night of the Boo Bash Halloween event wraps up at the St. Joseph County 4-H Fairgrounds.
The fair board paused the event for a couple of years but revived it this year after hearing from residents who missed it.
"People said that they really missed it, and again, we've got some community partners that we really appreciate, and they're like, "How can we help you bring this back?" Said Kristen Sikorski-Conklin, the St. Joseph County 4-H Fair Board President.
The newest addition to the event was a foam party and the Night Owl Flea Market in the fairgrounds' commercial building.
"We went to an event, and it was a foam party there, and I couldn't get my kids to leave, you know and they love it so much, so I got myself one," said Jimmy Lee, Owner of Foam Party City.
The event was a large turnout, and many were fans of the foam party.
"Foam actually brings out the kid in everybody, especially I see it in adults as well. You know they're running there and whip out the foam, and everybody starts recording and taking pictures, and kids really love it," said Lee.
Sikorski-Conklin said the main point of the event was to bring out families and let them enjoy themselves, "the takeaway is just giving this opportunity, you know, something affordable, fun for families to be able to come out and do."
