South Bend Community Police Review Board met Thursday night
SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- One of downtown's most loved events, Art Beat, happened Saturday.
The streets of downtown South Bend transformed into a living gallery of artists, dancers, musicians, actors, and culinary specialists to display their talents.
And the event has only gotten bigger, in its 21st year, over 700 artists took the stage in their own fashion.
Through their art, they put on a show for visitors at every turn.
