SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Some Notre Dame sports legends are gathering for "Night of the Stars" a fundraiser for Coaches vs. Cancer.
Coaches vs. Cancer seeks to promote cancer awareness and promote healthy living.
The fundraiser has already raised nearly $5 million for local cancer care programs and research.
ABC57's Allison Hayes was at the Coaches vs. Cancer fundraiser at Four Winds Casino in South Bend.
She had a chance to speak with Pete Bevacqua, Notre Dame's new athletic director, at the fundraiser.
