The slow melt this week, Tuesday is the mildest day, as highs near 40 degrees. The melting snow releases more moisture into the air, so fog and low clouds will become more prevalent, especially in the mornings. The permacloud will be at its worst midweek but clouds could break to end the week. Next week, could be even milder, with highs nearing 50 degrees.
