Benton Harbor Area Schools superintendent announces resignation

Benton Harbor Area Schools BENTON HARBOR, Mich. -- Dr. Simone Griffin will step down as Superintendent for Benton Harbor Area Schools.
"This was not an easy decision, and I am grateful for the opportunity to have served this district and community. I have seen firsthand the resilience, care, and dedication that define Benton Harbor Area schools, and I remain confident in the strength of this district."
Griffin was hired as BHAS Superintendent just under a year ago.
