ABC 57 SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- A shooting was just confirmed by St. Joseph County Dispatch on 1300 Block of High Street in South Bend just minutes ago. There is confirmed to be one victim at the scene with non-life-threatening injuries.
The call came in at 7:21 p.m. and the scene is still active at this time.
