July 4th Events 2024
The event of the summer is here! Below is a list of places to go for your July 4th fireworks and many other fun things to do to celebrate. If you have an event you would like to add, email the details to [email protected].
According to Indiana Fireworks Laws, the following are the hours in which it is legal to set off fireworks around the July 4th holiday:
- June 29 to July 3: 5 p.m. until two hours after sunset
- July 4: 10 a.m. to midnight
- July 5 to July 9: 5 p.m. until two hours after sunset

According to Michigan Fireworks Laws, the following are the hours in which it is legal to set off fireworks around the July 4th holiday:
- June 29 to July 4: until 11:45 p.m.
- July 5: if that date is a Friday or Saturday, until 11:45 p.m.
