Marshall County Jail PLYMOUTH, Ind. -- One female arrested after prostitution investigation.
Indiana State Police served a search warrant in the 100 Block of West Garro Street just before noon today as part of a prostitution investigation.
43-year-old Anxin Qiu, was arrested for prostitution and taken to the Marshall County Jail.
ISP was assisted by multiple departments.
