SBCSC board approves interim superintendent’s contract
WARSAW, Ind. — Threads of Valor honored 11 veterans of different service levels Tuesday with a hand-made quilt.
Each quilt is meant to bring warmth and comfort to veterans in their darkest times.
Receiving a quilt signifies remembrance and respect for veterans and their willingness to make sacrifices.
Veterans of all different branches were honored, with some vets having served less than 10 years while others dedicated more than 40 years to the armed forces.
Around two dozen Kosciusko County veterans are honored with quilts each year during two separate ceremonies.
The next ceremony will be held in November shortly after Veterans Day.
