The first week of January is mostly uneventful. There's a chance of flurries Wednesday evening, otherwise there is little wintry weather until this weekend and high temperatures peak above freezing, further limiting winter impacts. A weekend storm system will need watching for any sudden shifts, at this point it looks to likely skim the area to the south and east. There's another potential storm system next week but at this point it is only a 'what if?'
Tonight: Mostly cloudy. Low 26.
Wednesday: Overcast. PM Flurries. High 35.
Thursday: Mostly cloudy. High 33.
Friday: Mostly cloudy. High 36
