SOUTH BEND, Ind. --- A new store at the University Park Mall opened for business this week.
Trollbeads marked the occasion with a ribbon-cutting ceremony held Friday afternoon in Center Court near Macy’s.
The store offers ready-to-wear pieces and unique beads made from silver, 18-karat gold, Murano glass, freshwater pearls, and more. Each handmade bead comes with a unique story, offering customers a one-of-a-kind experience.
This weekend the store will offer raffles, special promotions, products and demonstrations by Trollbead’s glass artisan. The opening will also offer the brand’s latest summer collection as well as an event-exclusive bead.
The family-owned company, which has locations in 30 countries, says they are excited to open the brand’s first store in Indiana.
“Overall it’s a very good market and community to be in. We were approached by Simon to come to Indiana and after reviewing the state this is our first choice,” said James Santiago, Vice President of Trollbeads Americas.
