ABC57 First Warning Neighborhood Weather Forecast
Monday, March 11, 2024
The wind will relax a bit tonight, but it will still be a little breezy with temperatures falling into the middle 40s. We'll see a few more clouds on Tuesday, but most will stay dry as highs move back into the middle 60s.
In Indiana, be on the lookout for the statewide Tornado Drill Tuesday at 10:15 AM Eastern Time. Parts of Michiana have already had a taste of tornado warnings in 2024, so this week is a good time to practice your severe weather plan.
Rain chances return late Wednesday across Michiana as another soaking rain system moves through. Thursday looks rainy, with a few rumbles of thunder possible as well. Severe weather is not anticipated. Temperatures will stay in the 60s on Wednesday and Thursday but fall to near 50 degrees on Friday. Rain will wrap up during the day on Friday. Parts of Michiana could pick up another inch of rain by Friday evening. Next weekend looks dry, but temperatures will dip back into the 40s to start next week.
